Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun Tendulkar was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 30 lakh in the IPL 2022 auction on Sunday.

Arjun attracted two bidders - Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians. Gujarat bid for Rs 25 lakh but then Mumbai raised it to Rs 30 lakh which turned out to be the final fee for Arjun.

Interestingly, the left-arm pacer was acquired by Mumbai for Rs 20 lakh in 2021.

Meanwhile, Suresh Raina did not get a bid in the auction. He went unsold in the auction as no franshise showed interest in buying the CSK batsman.

Raina is one of the leading run-scorers in Indian Premier League. The left-handed batsman has scored 5528 runs in 205 IPL games and is the 4th leading run-getter in the tournament currently.
