Mumbai: Maharashtra BJP MLA Ram Kadam has alleged that the grave of 1993 blast convict Yakub Memon, who was hanged, has turned into a tomb at Marine Lines here.

But the trustee of the graveyard Bada Kabrstan contended that it was the general beautification being done. (UNI)
