Indore's popular traffic constable, Ranjeet Singh-famously known as the "Dancing Cop"-has landed in controversy after a woman accused him of inappropriate behavior. Following the allegations, the police department has line attached him.
What the Woman Alleged Against Ranjeet Singh
A woman named Radhika Singh posted a video on Instagram claiming that Ranjeet Singh sent her indecent messages. She alleged that he approached her for friendship, invited her to Indore, and even offered to book her flight tickets and hotel stay. Radhika said she found his behavior unacceptable and rejected his offer.
Police Response
Additional DCP (Crime Branch) Rajesh Dandotiya said that an inquiry has been initiated. He stated that if the allegations are proven true, strict action will be taken against the constable.
Ranjeet Singh's Clarification
In response, Ranjeet Singh also shared a video clarifying his side. He claimed that the conversation in question took place months ago and accused the woman of using the issue for publicity. According to him, it was Radhika who had expressed interest in making a video with him and had asked him to come to Indore. He further alleged that parts of their chat had been deliberately deleted to hide the full truth, calling the matter a conspiracy against him.
