A 23-year-old OnlyFans pornstar reportedly fell to her death while filming a threesome sex scene on a hotel balcony in Brazil.

Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, known online as Anna Polly, was found dead on the ground floor courtyard at the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguacu on January 23. According to reports, Anna was filming a threesome with two men for her OnlyFans content when the incident occurred.

The two men who were with her at the time of the incident provided conflicting statements about what happened before the fall. The police are currently investigating the case, reviewing hotel CCTV footage, and questioning staff. Anna's mobile phone has been collected as evidence, and a post-mortem examination is underway to determine if drugs were involved or if there was any evidence of foul play.

Anna's boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, expressed his grief on social media, saying, "She died in the fall. There was no time to save her. If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found." Friends and family described Anna as having big plans for her career and being excited about future projects, making her sudden death even more shocking.
