In a shocking incident, a ward boy at a private hospital in Uttar Pradesh’s Basti recorded a video while performing surgery on a female patient who was naked and shared the video on his WhatsApp status.

Someone made a video of his status and made it viral. The incident sparked outrage after which the health department was forced to take action into the matter.
The incident occurred at Basti Care Multispecialty Hospital and Eye Center.

In the viral video, the ward boy is seen performing the operation on the woman with her clothes undressed.

As per reports, the ward boy claimed that he performed the surgery of the woman on the instructions of Dr. Sanjay Kumar, the director of hospital. However, Dr. Kumar, denied prior knowledge of the incident but promised to take strict action.

The health department has formed a team to investigate the matter and also said that the guilty will not be spared. Police are awaiting an official complaint before proceeding with legal action.
