Uluberia: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and BJP leader Yogi Adityanath on Saturday alleged the Trinamool Congress (TMC) goons have made Bengal a land of hooliganism and anarchy.
Addressing a roadshow here in Howrah district, Mr Adityanath said, Bengal is a land of nation's cultural nationalism but TMC goons have made this land of hooliganism and anarchy.

"This is the land of (Swami) Vivekananda, Rabindranath (Tagore), Syama Prasad (Mookerjee) which has inspired the entire country. But now it is the land of TMC-promoted goons and 'tolabaaj'(extortionists).

TMC and Left front have changed the atmosphere and made it a victim of appeasement. Trends show that BJP will form government with majority.

Mr Adityanath criticised the Trinamool Congress dispensation in West Bengal for not implementing various schemes of the central government.

“I think the days of Mamata didi's government are numbered. The people of the state have made up their mind in voting them out of power,” he added.

Mr Adityanath holds a roadshow here ahead of the third phase of West Bengal Polls, scheduled on April 6.
