Navratri 2023: Easy recipe for Singhare Ka Halwa

During Navratri fasting, you can eat Singhare ka halwa, here’s the recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup Singhara flour, 1 cup sugar, 4 tablespoon pure ghee, ½ teaspoon cardamom powder, 2 cups of water and mixed dry fruits

Heat ghee in a frying pan and add singhara flour to it

Roast it on medium flame for 5 minutes until it turns brown

Now boil 2 cups of water in a pan. Pour this water into the pan containing roasted flour

Keep stirring it continuously. Cook it until the mixture becomes thick

Now add cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves completely

When ghee starts leaving from sides, turn off the flame
