Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday said his government has signed 1045 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with a total investment of around Rs 4 point.28 lakh crore.Welcoming the guests at the first UP Investor Summit here, he said the state government has already set up a state investment board where top industrialists have been made its members.
"Our target is to generate 4-million jobs in the next three years' time period," the CM announced."We are serious about the development of the state and hence I will personally monitor the process of the MoUs so that it can be implemented," he said.He narrated in detail about the achievements of his government claiming that the challenging job was to improve the law and order situation in which they have succeeded.
"The state has got 10 smart cities identified while in five cities Metro rail projects would come," he said.Later, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Nivesh Mitra portal where the industrialists would get all information about their investments and projects.(UNI)
