Bhopal: It is anything but a quiet Sunday in Madhya Pradesh’s political sphere as Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan – subsequent to his return from the national capital – is in a meeting here with ruling Bharatiya Janata Party state President VD Sharma.
Party sources said that after jointly planting a sapling at the Smart Park, the leader duo left for a rest house. It is conjectured that the topics for discussion include appointment of apolitical persons in positions of power and certain crucial issues pertaining to the organisation.
Mr Chouhan departed for Delhi on Saturday afternoon and had an interaction lasting in excess of half an hour with Union Home Affairs Minister Amit Shah. The Chief Minister was in New Delhi on Friday as well and met several central ministers. (UNI)
